Where are you based?

We are based in the heart of Yorkshire, a family run business.

What is the time for delivery?

We keep all product lead times up to date in the description of the product. If you are unsure please contact us via email or our chat box. Our chat box is manned Monday- Friday 9-6, and Saturday 9-5 so we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Can I choose my delivery day?

If you want to choose a certain day for delivery, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate this for you. Our standard delivery is 3 working days. There is the option for express delivery ( next day for orders placed before 12pm), for a surcharge of #30.

Do you have a show room?

We operate online, but have two warehouses in Yorkshire. On the odd occasion we can facilitate a visit, please contact us directly.

What shall I do in winter with my furniture?

Rattan shouldn't be left exposed in the winter, it should be fully covered with a high quality cover. Cushions should be kept try and indoors of fully covered. You can get some great weatherproof chests to go outside to store the cushions in.

 

Are the cushions mashine washable?

We recommend washing them by hand. As the cushions are thick, they can be quite hard to take out of the covers and put back in evenly. Take care when doing this.

 

Do you ship to Northern Ireland?

We get asked this a lot. Sadly we don't at this moment in time. We ship everywhere else, however some areas of the Scottish Highlands will incur a surcharge.

Can I track my delivery and what courier do you use?

We use TPN connect for all our deliveries. All of our deliveries are done on a pallet. We have found TPN to be the most reliable. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number for TPN and can track via here.

Do you offer finance?

We offer VISA, Mastercard, Paypal and have recently introduced pay later with Klarna.

What are your frames made from?

The majority of our products are made from Galvanised powder coated steel. The item description will detail what the frame is made from, if you are unsure, please ask us. 

Aluminium frames often come with a much higher price tag. They are also lighter than steel frames, so it's likely they could blow away in extreme weather.

Do you offer an assembly service?

We currently don't offer an assembly service, although our sets are really easy to assemble, with clear instructions.

 What warranty do you give?

We give a standard 1 year structural, manufacturers warranty from the point of sale. Please note cushions are not included in the warranty but do contact us and we will see what we may be able to do.

Can I track my delivery?

All of our rattan sets are dispatched via a pallet delivery due to the size. You will need to dispose of the pallet, pallet wrap and also boxes.

We dispatch with either TPN connect or pallet force. 

You will receive an email from us with tracking details.

We have introduced a new service where the courier will call you to book in your preferred delivery day.

 

Can you deliver on a weekend?

We can deliver on a Saturday only. If this if your wish please contact us via the 'contact us' section on our page, there will be a surcharge for this of 60 GBP.

Where is the place of origin of your products?

Most of our products are sourced from our trusted suppliers in China, but occasionally we source from elsewhere.
